At this year’s German Workshop on Image Processing in Medical Imaging (Bildverarbeitung für die Medizin, BVM), Martin presented is interactive relevance map visualization app to the research community.
As a new feature, the user upload functionality was added. Users are now able to upload their own MRI scans, which first need to be preprocessed with the one-click CAT12 segmentation and normalization pipeline. Then, the resulting normalized gray matter map (mwp1*.nii[.gz] file) can be uploaded. One simply enters the specific person’s information (age, sex, head size) and finally presses the analyze button to evaluate the given scan.
